About our Firm

Background

Having been located in Franklin, TN for the last 13 years Frazier & Associates is able and ready to offer the full range of accounting, tax planning, small business and personal financial planning you would expect from a large accounting firm while still maintaining the personal attention found in smaller firms. With the recent opening offices in Spring Hill, TN we are eager to aid a larger community of clients with the daily ins and outs of the financial world.

The Frazier family has kept the presence of a CPA in the Franklin, TN area since 1972. Frazier & Associates, CPAs was founded in 1993 by J. Michael Frazier, CPA. Currently the firm employs multiple CPAs and staff accountants as well as maintaining membership with The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee CPA Society. In addition, several members of our staff are accredited as certified financial planners and business consultants.

In 2006 Frazier & Associates opened a second location in Spring Hill, TN. Our new location offers the same services and personal touch benefits as the Franklin office while providing a more convenient location for our clients in the Spring Hill and Columbia areas.
